This is the authentic experience. The servers bring you different skewers of sizzling meats one by one to your table, where you choose the exact slice you want. You’ll be given some red and green signs, which you use to tell the servers whether you are ready to eat or not. Display the green sign if you are ready for meat: display the red one if you need a break! Just turn over the signals whenever you like, and enjoy this unique way of dining.
